Welcome to MindMuscle AI. By downloading, installing, or using our application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MindMuscle AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MindMuscle AI is a fitness tracking and coaching application that provides:

• AI-powered coaching via Google Gemini technology
• Workout logging and planning tools
• Diet and nutrition tracking including meal photo scanning
• Body composition tracking
• A marketplace to connect with human fitness coaches

The App is intended for general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use MindMuscle AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at $9.99/month.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

This application is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users or coaches

6. Health Disclaimer

MindMuscle AI provides fitness information and AI-generated suggestions for general informational purposes only. The App is not a medical service. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or diet program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of MindMuscle AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindMuscle AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or financial loss.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
