- With your Coach/Client: If you establish a coaching relationship within the app, your coach will be able to view your profile, workout logs, and diet logs to provide you with their services. Likewise, you can view your clients' data.
- With AI Service Providers: We use third-party AI models (e.g., Google's Gemini) to power features like the Virtual Coach and AI Plan Generator. The data sent to these models (such as your profile, goals, and workout history) is used to generate responses and is subject to the privacy policies of the respective AI provider. We do not send your direct personal identifiers like email to these services.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
4. Data Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We use Firebase, a platform by Google, which provides robust security measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over secure channels (HTTPS) and stored in a secure environment.
5. User Rights and Data Control
You have control over your personal data. Within the application, you can:
- Access and update your profile information at any time on the Profile page.
- Create, edit, and delete your workouts, diet logs, exercises, and workout plans.
- Terminate coaching relationships.
- Delete your account by contacting us. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
6. Device Permissions
In the future, our mobile application may request certain permissions, such as access to your camera or photos, to enable features like uploading profile pictures or exercise videos. We will not access these features without your explicit consent, which will be requested through your device's standard permission prompts. You can manage these permissions at any time through your device's settings.
